Deva Villanúa
She is an independent, international arbitrator who has been active in arbitration for more than 20 years.
Deva Villanúa has acted as arbitrator in more than 70 commercial arbitrations, mostly as presiding arbitrator.
She has also sat through more than 15 investment arbitrations, mainly as presiding arbitrator, including two annulment proceedings.
Her strong point is damages quantification.
She holds a double degree in Law and in Business Administration.
Between July 2018 and June 2024 Deva was Vice-president of the ICC Court of Arbitration.

Felipe Aragón

Felipe holds a Double Degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from UDIMA and an Advanced Certificate on Arbitration from Universidad CEU San Pablo and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Felipe acts as arbitrator in commercial arbitrations with a particular focus on Spain and Latin America. He also acts as secretary to arbitral tribunals in commercial and investment arbitrations. Felipe participates in cases that relate to the energy sector, mineral and other natural resources, commercial contracts, public concessions and EPC contracts. Given his background in Economics, Felipe is well-versed in handling cases that entail a complex damages assessment.

Ethan is an associate at

Ethan’s legal experience is generally focused on the energy sector and, more specifically, natural gas trading.

Larissa Sad Coelho
Larissa is an associate at
with a background in the Brazilian and Spanish legal systems. She is a Brazilian-qualified lawyer and holds an LLB in Law with honours from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. She is currently specializing in International Advocacy and Dispute Resolution at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Larissa also has academic experience at the Université de Liège and attended The Hague Academy of International Law as a scholarship student.
She is able to assist in arbitrations in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
